Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is seeking a Sales Strategy Manager to focus on developing and executing plans to drive sales growth, optimize distribution, and enhance market penetration. Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing, promotions, and distribution strategies to drive sales
- Collaborate with Regional Directors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure product is stocked, promoted and sold effectively
- Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure product availability
- Monitor distributor performance and recommend improvements to boost volume
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Adjust strategy to improve market share based on data insights
- Track competitor activity and industry trends to maintain competitiveness
- Align pricing strategies with brand positioning and distributor margins
- Develop regional and national promotions to increase consumer engagement
- Partner with marketing to execute retail activations
- Manage billback validation
- Set sales targets and performance benchmarks for teams and distributors
- Build relationships with key retail partners
- Support field sales teams in executing strategies across markets
Requirements:
- Proficient in extracting, analyzing and interpreting scan data
- Experience with depletion systems, VIP preferred
- Strong negotiation skills
- Expertise in P&L management & budgeting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000 - $145,000
