Happy Dad Hard Seltzer & Tea is seeking a National On-Premise Director to lead its on-premise business in the U.S. This role oversees sales, key account management, and a team of on-premise managers while driving growth through distributor relationships, new account development, and channel-specific initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of On-Premise area managers, set goals, mentor, and ensure alignment with company vision.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise accounts, driving distribution, brand visibility, and in-market program execution.
  • Develop and implement strategies with distributors to optimize performance.
  • Manage and track national on-premise budgets, contribute to planning, and analyze data for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Executive Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external partners (Distributors, Key Accounts) to drive growth.
  • Utilize the VIP platform to manage client accounts, analyze data, monitor performance, provide insights, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on new features to ensure seamless operation and deliver top-tier service to clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of on-premise alcoholic beverage sales experience.
  • 1+ years of on-premise team management, preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000 - $150,000
